Q. WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT?
A. He is the third Person of the Godhead trinity. He releases the emotions of God and functions as the Administrator of the Church. He is not an “it.”
Q. WHERE DOES HE LIVE?
A. In the Old Testament, He visited the earth periodically through the prophets, priests and some kings. In Acts 2:4, He moved to earth and now lives inside every believer.
Q. WHY HAS THE HOLY SPIRIT COME?
A. Jesus came to introduce man to God, but the Holy Spirit has come to reveal Jesus to us. He is your Source of all needed to know and represent Jesus well.
Q. WHAT IS HIS ROLE IN THE LIFE OF A BELIEVER?
A. He is your Comforter, Helper, Intercessor, Strength, Revealer of truth. Jn. 14:26 Amp. The result of His presence is fruit (Ga. 5:22) and the result of His power are found in His Gifts. I Co. 12:4
Q. DO ALL BELIEVERS HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT?
A. Yes, He was the One who drew you to Jesus, but He longs to completely fill you with Himself.
Q. WHAT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT’S ROLE IN SALVATION?
A. He causes man to see his need for a Savior and draws sinners to Christ. “…convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment.” Jn. 16 8

- God’s gift to sinners is Jesus. God’s gift to believers is the Holy Spirit.
- God only fills what He owns.
- Jesus performed no miracles until He received the mighty Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
